Limited Product Warranty

1) 30 month warranty – We offer a 30 month limited warranty on all items with some exceptions listed in 1.2 and 1.4.

2) Exceptions to the warranty – This warranty does not cover the following-

  • Physical damage.
  • Liquid damage.
  • Software modifications.
  • Items and parts listed in 1.3.

3) Consumable and wear parts – Consumables and wear parts are covered for 30 days from date of product purchase. These parts are expected to need replacing/maintenance during the life of the product-

  • Batteries.
  • Connectors/Ports.
  • Thermal interface material or TIM.
  • Cables

4) Maintenance – Faults arising from lack of maintenance by the customer will not be covered under the warranty.

Repair Warranty

1) 6 months repair warranty – We offer a 6 month repair warranty for all repairs which have had new parts fitted.

2) What the warranty covers – The warranty covers the part fitted and the recurrence of the original issue.

3) What the warranty does not cover – The warrant does not cover the following-

  • Accidental damage.
  • Liquid damage.
  • Faults which are different from the one originally repaired.
  • Faults unrelated to the replaced part.
  • Services such as grill cleaning or port cleaning.

4) Qualifying for warranty repair – The replaced part must be in good condition, warranty will be void if the replaced part is chipped, scratched etc.

Return and Exchange Policy

1)  Exchanges – Any unused item can be exchanged for any other item of similar value within 3 days of purchase.

2) Faulty goods – If a purchased item is faulty it will be repaired within a reasonable time frame or replaced where repair is not possible.

3) Qualifying for repair or exchange – Any item to be returned exchanged or repaired must be provided with the original proof of purchase.

4) Testing – Before any repair, or exchange can take place the item must be fully tested.
